Job Overview:

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide assistance in various aspects of project support and management, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Collaborate with project teams to assist in scope management and project planning

- Helping answer office phone calls
- Completing and sending safety documents to customers

-Requesting Paint drawdowns for projects

- Sending out drawdowns to vendors

- Reviewing employee GPS time sheets

- Electronic and paper filing

- Requesting Paint Submittal from vendors

- Assist in project management tasks to drive successful project completion

Skills:

- Highly Proficient in Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Outlook

- Good Phone Etiquette

- Proficient with basic computer skills

- Ability to communicate with others well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
